Hadley Wood makes the perfect venue for any event. Within the walls of our elegant and versatile Georgian clubhouse, we offer a range of facilities from a boardroom to host offsite business meetings all the way up to our grand Warwick room for bespoke wedding celebrations. 

For society and corporate golf days, steps away from the clubhouse is our famed Alister MacKenzie-designed 18-hole golf course - a sought after, meticulously maintained, parkland course dating back to 1922.

Christmas Parties and Festive Season Dining

From small intimate lunch gatherings to large exclusive parties, Hadley Wood is a fabulous location for your festive event.

With spectacular views across the course, we offer a festive menu of delicious cuisine and elegant dining surroundings to provide a memorable Christmas lunch. The festive menu is specially prepared by Barry Jarvis, our Head Chef, and available throughout November, December and January.

Wedding Celebrations

First, we wish you congratulations on your engagement. We know weddings and we understand how special this day is for the couple. Tailored precisely to your requirements, from an intimate event for close family and friends to a full-on celebration for 130, together we can create your perfect wedding.

From your initial enquiry, through to the moment the last guest leaves, you will have one point of contact ensuring you a personal, seamless and stress-free service.

Christening Celebrations

Celebrating the arrival of a new member of the family is an occasion to remember, and Hadley Wood Golf Club is a delightful venue for a reception to follow a Christening, Baptism or other religion or non-religious naming service.

Requirements for this kind of event vary greatly, and our banqueting menus can accommodate anything you require from a finger buffet or classic afternoon tea, to a traditional Sunday lunch or barbecue for the whole family.

Birthday & Anniversary Celebrations

Whether it’s a milestone birthday or wedding anniversary, our aim is to help create a truly memorable occasion. Hadley Wood's airy and flexible function space can cater for up to 130 seated guests with the flexibility to create a more compact, intimate area for smaller parties, if required.

We can work with you to create a catering and food offering to satisfy every taste, and we can organise additional items, such as welcome drinks, a late license or a DJ.

Funerals & Celebrations of Life

Hadley Wood Golf Club provides a peaceful and tranquil setting for you and your family to say goodbye to a loved one. Losing a loved one is a sad and emotional time; when planning a funeral and wake we know things need to be as straightforward as possible.

We provide a stress-free reception whilst handling all aspects with the upmost compassion and sensitivity. We have a dedicated co-ordinator to help with all arrangements and our staff will be on hand throughout the day.
