By contrast to the first hole, the second plays slightly uphill with all but one of the tees (Gold) set back within the trees and a drive required over a small lake. Fairway bunkers right and left await an errant drive from long hitters. The approach shot is to a raised green well protected by bunkers on either side and a false front. Shorter hitters will do well to lay up and approach this green from the right side. Aiming at the centre of the green will pay dividends, regardless of the pin position.
